Class/Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please give us a minimum of 48-hour notice if you are unable to attend. You are given one opportunity to reschedule, and it must be rescheduled within 60 days (Provider Courses) or next available class (Instructor Courses) of the original class date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations require a minimum of 48-hour notice before start of the class, and are only eligible for the initial class date. No refund will be offered for cancellations on or after the day of the class. No refunds will be offered for late arrivals, no-shows, missed class days, or other circumstances that prohibit the student from completing the course in its entirety. To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us using the information below. If we must cancel or reschedule the class, we will notify the Participant by email as soon as possible.

Due to strict policies of the training protocols we must follow, if you arrive late, you will have to reschedule for another day.

Returns Policy

Physical Goods

Items such as Student Manuals and other physical materials may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping charges, provided the item is returned unopened in original packaging. Cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the returner. Refunds will be made to the original purchase method and account, if at all possible.

Digital Goods

We offer refunds on purchase of our digital goods. Digital goods includes, but is not limited to Course Key Codes and other Activation Keys (Keys). We honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing item;

Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as ensures that our digital goods can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.

Any use of the Key renders it useless for resale and no refunds will be given.
